The NSChEF Angel Fund is geared towards providing start-up capital for young chemical engineering graduates with bright ideas, as a way to foster entrepreneurship, create employment and advance the offering of the industry as a whole. This intervention seeks to provide a structured way of addressing this major gap. The angel fund based on its increasing impact serves as a good way to administer financial support for young chemical engineering graduates in Nigeria.

Yes. Review the application requirement and selection criteria in the next programme cycle to ensure you meet the eligibility requirement. Then, follow the instructions given to describe your business idea/plan and business model canvas and other aspects of your applications.
Yes. Allowances will be made where selected candidates do not claim their places by the set deadline, the next best candidate on the waiting list will be given the opportunity to commence the programme.
Angels provide entrepreneurs with startup funds and their expertize support at the early stage of the business to help the business foster innovation, get off the ground, and carry it through the difficult early stages.
All successful applicants will be assigned a mentor from the commencement of the programme. This will be based on compatibility of business area and industry experience.
The mentor will use their expert business knowledge and vast experience to help you navigate the programme, tackle real-life business challenges and improve your business. Mentors will have an expected number of minimum contact hours with the successful candidate (mentee).
Profile of successful applicants will be made available for PR purposes. Applicants will be asked to provide a profile and photo during the early stage of the application. Strict confidentiality of records will be maintained.
