Engr. Anubi is currently the MD, SkyTech, an Engineering company that provides engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services to various Nigerian Industrial sectors. It also offers Consultancy services in Process oriented works in the Oil & Gas sector. These include Feasibility studies and Front-end engineering.
Engr. Jide Anubi started work after graduation from the University of Ife as a Production engineer with the Warri refinery. He later moved to the Engineering of the same refinery where he rose to become Head, Process Engineering. In that capacity, he managed the expansion project of the refinery in which the capacity of the refinery was successfully increased from IOO,OOO BPSD to 125,000 BPSD. He subsequently became manager, Engineering and Technical Services of the refinery. He had a brief stint as manager Planning and Business Development and later became Manager, Engineering and Technical Services at the Kaduna Refinery. He was also Manager Production Programming at the Port-Harcourt Refinery. Upon leaving NNPC, he worked with ExxonMobil for a period of two years as project engineer where he coordinated the EPC of tw035km sub-sea 36inch pipelines.
In addition, Engr. Anubi also teaches Fluid Mechanics (Transport Phenomena) and Petroleum Refining at the Dept. of Petroleum and Chemical Engineering, University of Lagos, Nigeria. Engr. Anubi has published many articles which include the following: The Kinetics of Gas/Sold reactions in Fluidized beds; lmproved Profitability in Nigerian refineries through the application of deep conversion technology; The Practice of Project Management and Refinery Operations; Monetization of Natural Gas through conversion to Synthetic fuels; Optimization of Nigerian Refineries through privatization.
Engr. Anubi is married with children. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the NSChE Foundation (NSChEF).
